The AI Portfolio Sprint: three AI projects a hiring manager can click, in 21 days
MT's step-by-step build plan, done the way AI work actually gets built inside companies: scope it, break it, measure it, show it. 46-page PDF, $27. No-code and code tracks.
What you'll build
Week 1: The Inbox Clerk
AI that reads invoices or forms into clean data and flags anything it isn't sure about.
Week 2: The Helpdesk Agent
An agent that answers from documentation, cites its sources, and opens a ticket when it doesn't know.
Week 3: The Value Dashboard
One page that proves what your AI saves and what it costs, with numbers a manager trusts.
The same seven rules every week
- Scope it in one sentence
- Collect real, messy data
- Build it ugly first
- Break it on purpose
- Measure the value
- Demo it in 90 seconds
- Publish it
Also inside
- A 7-evening quickstart if you only have time for one project
- Case study template for each project
- Resume bullets and LinkedIn wording
- Outreach messages for hiring managers and clients
- An interview card for "walk me through a project you built"
- How to build your own live project dashboard
- The AI toolkit MT actually uses, and how he got here

Questions
I'm not a programmer. Can I do this?
Yes. Every week has a no-code track using tools like n8n and Google Sheets. Most of the work is judgment: scope, testing and value.
How much time does it take?
About an hour a day for 21 days. Every day is broken into numbered steps, so you can stop after any step. There's also a weekends-only plan.
Will the AI tools cost a lot?
You set a spending cap on Day 1. At small-model prices, the whole sprint usually costs a few dollars in AI usage.
How do I get it?
Right after payment you land on your download page, and a permanent download link arrives by email.
What if it isn't for me?
Email me within 14 days of buying and I'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
Is a job guaranteed?
No, and no book can honestly promise that. What it does promise is that in three weeks you'll have something real to show.
